JUSTIN BIEBER SHUTS DOWN ROCKEFELLER CENTER!Initially dubbed an intimate acoustic performance at The Nintendo Store in NYC, Justin upped the ante and drew THOUSANDS of fans!
The NYPD was out in full effect trying to contain thousands of Bieber fans and even shut down 48th street.
Die-hard fans camped out since 11pm the night before and others traveled hours to see him.
